Sam Kale, ISE alum, class of ’96, is an executive leader who is trusted to make things happen. Currently, he is responsible for making sure that branch and home office teams are as effective as possible at growing Edward Jones’s impact to clients and the communities that it serve. Kale has over 20 year’s experience in contact center leadership, workforce planning, strategic planning and driving results for trusted brands like American Express and Benefitfocus. He has a passion for solving problems, improving team culture, delivering improved client experience and optimizing costs.
