She further highlighted the significance of effectively managing change, overcoming setbacks, and transforming negative emotions into positive energy and optimism. Mohile also introduced practical tools such as the Sphere of Control, Steps for Change Management, and Wise Optimism to help students build resilience and sail through difficult times. This session even included a SWOT analysis for the students to reevaluate and analyze themselves.

Prajakta Mohile is a Business Architecture Leader at Cisco Systems, dedicated to optimizing processes and managing teams to deliver desired outcomes. She is a chapter lead of the Indians Connecting Network (ICON), who is passionate about mentoring early-in-career employees and contributing to inclusion and diversity initiatives. With experience in managing cross-functional teams, establishing PMOs, strategic consulting, communication strategy planning and development, and change and risk management, Mohile values collaboration and working with a diverse group of individuals. She holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and a master’s in business administration and is a certified project manager professional.
