She further highlighted the significance of effectively managing change, overcoming setbacks, and transforming negative emotions into positive energy and optimism. Mohile also introduced practical tools such as the Sphere of Control, Steps for Change Management, and Wise Optimism to help students build resilience and sail through difficult times. This session even included a SWOT analysis for the students to reevaluate and analyze themselves.

Prajakta Mohile is a Business Architecture Leader at Cisco Systems, dedicated to optimizing processes and managing teams to deliver desired outcomes.
