Nirmitee Giridhar Keluskar

Nirmitee Keluskar is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering Management (MEM) degree, where she blends her passion for technology with a deep-rooted interest in optimizing systems that impact people’s lives, especially in healthcare. With a background in industrial engineering and hands-on experience in Lean Six Sigma projects, she has worked on improving turnaround times for mammography screenings and led initiatives focused on workflow efficiency and patient-centered care.

Keluskar’s goal is to drive operational excellence and data-driven decision-making in industries that matter—healthcare, supply chain, and aerospace. She finds joy in solving complex problems, collaborating across disciplines, and designing solutions that create measurable value.

Beyond academics, Keluskar is drawn to fashion shows, photography, and reading devotional literature—activities that help her stay grounded and creative. What matters most to her in life is making a positive impact through purpose-driven work, continual learning, and meaningful relationships.
