Bio

Abhishek Surve is a master’s student in engineering management at NC State University. He is passionate about connecting project management, supply chain strategy and business development to create efficient, results-driven solutions.

To begin with, he gained hands-on experience in project coordination, procurement and client relations at Saluda Hill Landscapes and VRV Aircon. At Saluda Hill, he managed schedules, coordinated stakeholders and ensured project quality. As a result, the company achieved a 97 percent on-time completion rate. Meanwhile, at VRV Aircon, he led HVAC installation projects and improved procurement efficiency by 15 percent. Furthermore, he built strong supplier relationships through data-driven negotiation and process improvement.

In addition, his academic work in demand forecasting, inventory optimization and supplier risk assessment strengthened his analytical and problem-solving skills. Moreover, he is skilled in SQL, Power BI, SAP S/4 HANA and Microsoft Office 365. Abhishek also enjoys working in collaborative and fast-paced environments.

Now, he is eager to grow his career in logistics, supply chain management and project or operations management. Ultimately, he aims to leverage his technical expertise, business acumen and passion for continuous improvement to deliver tangible results.
