Aaradhya Gole is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering Management at NC State with a Build Your Own concentration. With a background in robotics and automation and experience in research and industrial projects across France and India, he has developed a strong foundation in product development, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration.
Gole chose the MEM program because it perfectly bridges the gap between engineering and leadership. It gives him the tools to not only understand how technology works but also how to manage people, processes, and innovation to drive real impact—something he deeply values in any professional setting.
Outside of academics, Gole is a huge soccer enthusiast (he played center back for his university team), an extroverted coffee lover who thrives on meeting new people, and a mountain person who finds peace in the chaos of nature. For him, what’s most important in life is staying curious, making meaningful connections, and creating solutions that improve the world.
Gole is actively looking for full-time opportunities where he can bring his energy, engineering insight, and project leadership skills to the table.
