Bendel, Jane Jane Bendel is a Master of Engineering Management Program student at NC State whose concentration is Health and Human-Systems. She graduated from NC State in December of 2022 with a degree in Nutrition and a minor in Global Public Health. Bendel wanted to pursue a MEM degree so that she could further enhance her technical, management and leadership skills to prepare her for her future career. Desai, Khyati Khyati Desai is a Master of Engineering Management Program student at NC State whose concentration is Analytics. Being completely fascinated with innovation and product design led by user experience research is where she wants to be headed in her career path. Ganesan, Meenakshy Meenakshy Ganesan is from Tamil Nadu, India, and has completed her B. Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal. She has worked as a data analyst at Fractal Analytics in India. Her work mostly consisted of extracting raw data and modifying it using Python to produce Excel toolkits and Power BI dashboards for analysis. Ganesan also has experience in project management at Siemens, Dubai, where she gained knowledge on the design and procurement of electrical components, understanding the technical details of components, tracking work progress and preparing and reviewing technical data sheets. Jadhav, Manali Manali Pralhad Jadhav is a woman engineer with three and half years of professional experience as both a team player and leader. Her participation in various non-academic platforms, social volunteering, associations with innovative industrial projects, and exposure to multiple organizations with sustainable business models helped her to understand various facets of the supply chain and its power ‘to make a difference.’ This motivated her to pursue her Master of Engineering Management at the highly-regarded North Carolina State University in Raleigh. Kadam, Devpradnya Currently a graduate student in Engineering Management, fueled by a passion for turning the art of process excellence into a science. Devpradnya Kadam has worked as a business management strategist with a consultancy firm where she implemented strategies to improve marketing tactics and led innovative product ideation phases for clients. She is enthusiastic about achieving “Kaizen” through Lean thinking and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance the overall efficiency of organizations. Shrivastava, Anagh Anagh Shrivastava is a persistent, highly-motivated person who constantly tries to work on and overcome new challenges. Tiwari, Amay Amay Tiwari is a Master of Engineering Management Program student at NC State with a concentration in Analytics. Before coming to the US, he worked at MNC Capgemini as a Project Manager -Data Analysis role.
