DESCRIPTION:Each semester\, the MEM Program hosts a Case Competition that challenges students to sharpen skills and solve real-world problems. Moreover\, the event creates a dynamic platform where participants apply knowledge in practical and innovative ways. \nThe leadership team\, Brandon McConnell and Kalene Thomas\, spearheads the competition with dedication and vision. Additionally\, McConnell and Thomas collaborate with industry experts who provide critical guidance and a real-world perspective. Consequently\, students gain exposure to professional expectations and problem-solving approaches beyond the classroom. \nUltimately\, the competition equips MEM students to excel across diverse industries. Furthermore\, it builds both technical expertise and managerial acumen essential for leadership. By engaging in this experience\, students strengthen confidence\, expand networks\, and prepare for future professional success.
